Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie (formerly known as Ladybug & Cat Noir Awakening) is a 2023 English-language French CGI-animated musical superhero film written and directed by Jeremy Zag. It is an adaptation of the CGI-animated children's TV series Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, and follows two Parisian teenagers, Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste, who transform into the superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir, respectively, to protect the city from supervillains.

Internationally, the original English version premiered in the Royal Theater Tuschinski in the Netherlands on July 3, 2023. It will also release in Luxembourg on July 5, alongside the French dub and the German dub, in Germany in Berlin's CineStar cinema between July 6-8, and in South African cinemas on July 28, 2023.

In the United States and several other territories, the film will also be released on July 28, 2023 onto Netflix, alongside other dubs of the film. A teaser was hosted on the site on May 17, 2023, while the full trailer was released on July 6.

Notes

• Unlike the original TV series and Miraculous World TV specials, where the original language would be French yet the animation and lipsyncing would be based on the English dub's script, this movie was primarily produced in English, therefore making French the dub in this case.
• This is the first installment in the Miraculous Ladybug franchise to receive Slovak, Tamil, and Telugu dubs, despite the parent series not being dubbed in these languages. For Slovak, only a title translation is available on Disney+.
  • It is also the first piece of Miraculous Ladybug media to be properly dubbed in Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian, as the parent series only received respective voice-overs in these languages.
