Wiki Staff
The members of the Wiki Staff are responsible for keeping the Wiki organized, updated and clean, to maintain the calm among the users of community, and have special labors depending on the charge they have.
Althought anyone can join the wiki and participte, including reading and editing, the Staff can access a few additional functions to comply special functions in favor of the needs of the Wiki and the community.
As a developed wiki with a large and dynamic community, and taking into consideration the amount of articles, it is necessary to have a good Staff to keep things in order.
Skills and labor
Depending on their charge, the Staff members get to unlock access to additional functions and permissions in the site that normal users can not use.
- Having a good behavior and being the example for the rest of the users of the wiki
- Advising, warning and blocking users for their actions
- Protecting users from aggressions or issues in the wiki
- Solve doubts
- Deleting and restoring pages, page histories, and uploaded files
- Protecting articles, so it cannot be edited or renamed by other users than administrators
- Blocking IP addresses or user names from editing
- Rollback of edits made for vandalism purposes
- Editing the wikis interface and color scheme.
